About the Space

Your Private Retreat

This is a completely private experience. No other spa guests will be booked during your session, and you will have exclusive access to the sauna and relaxation areas.

The cold plunge takes place in Baldwin Creek, which flows through the property. While the creek is on private land, it is technically a public waterway, and occasional fishermen may pass through the water. In practice, sightings are uncommon and the plunge area feels peaceful and secluded.

The Nest

“The Nest” is a changing cabin that offers a comfortable space to transition between heat and cold.

Inside you'll find:

  • Seating area

  • Secure place for personal belongings

  • Space for changing and relaxing

  • A cozy loft "nest" accessed by ladder, perfect for journaling, reading, resting, or simply taking in views of Baldwin Creek

Hi! We’re Bela and Fabi Benitez. We created The Woodland Sauna Retreat as a place to slow down and reconnect with nature. This natural outdoor spa experience is designed to feel personal, peaceful, and unhurried.
