THE SPACE
Nestled in the woods beside Baldwin Creek, Woodland Sauna Retreat was designed to encourage a slower pace. Each area of the property offers a different way to rest, recharge, and reconnect with nature.
The Sauna
Overlooking Baldwin Creek, the sauna is the heart of the experience. Large windows frame the surrounding forest, creating a peaceful place to warm up, unwind, and enjoy the view between rounds of cold plunging and relaxation.
The Baldwin Creek
The creek serves as a natural cold plunge, offering a refreshing contrast to the warmth of the sauna.
A marked trail leads down to a secluded section of the water where guests can cool off and reconnect with the invigorating experience of cold-water immersion.
The Nest
More than a changing room, The Nest is a cozy retreat of its own.
Inside you'll find a comfortable sitting area, space to change and store belongings, and a loft accessed by ladder overlooking Baldwin Creek.
Whether you're journaling, reading, sipping tea, or simply listening to the sounds of the forest, The Nest provides a quiet place to slow down between sauna rounds.
Hammock & Relaxation Area
Some of the most restorative moments happen between the heat and the cold. Relax in a hammock, enjoy a cup of tea, listen to the creek, or simply take in the surrounding woods.
There is no schedule to follow and no rush to move on to the next activity.
